STAYING MOTIVATED

How to stay motivated to reach personal goals is a question that is often asked of me and something that i struggle with from time to time, so I figured that I’d weigh in on the topic and share some of the things that I’ve learned along my experience.

OKAY! SO:

First things first, you need to remember that there is absolutely a gun to your head. If you do not do the things that you are passionate about (keep in mind that this can be being a family person, starting a business or starting a blog), things will go badly. Obviously, you will not die, but you’re goal is true happiness, you will not succeed by suppressing or distracting yourself from what your goals truly are to what someone else’s goals are for you (parents, society, you know the deal!)

Second, remember that YOU are behind the steering wheel when it comes to your life. Not anybody else. People come and go on the passenger seat, even judge and try to stop you from doing what you love with their socially conditioned or jealous mindset, but you get to decide whether you still want to be on your road or not. One of the things that I like to do, if I’m going to put attention towards anyone else, is focus on the people who have unconditional love for me. They may not agree with you 1000% on everything, but they are still on the same team as you at the end of the day.

WHICH BRINGS ME TO STEP NUMBER 3!!

Surround yourself with like minded and uplifiting people. This is so so important. These people remind that you are not alone on your journey. You are not alone on your journey and your close ones are absolutely out there. Don’t just keep things to yourself along the way. Share with others. Both the ups and downs. I can assure you that by doing this, you will not only feel less lonely BUT you will also inspire others who may be feeling just as suppressed as you are or were.

Love you all so much and be sure to subscribe to the news letter down below for more weekly posts. 🙂
